In a year that has been unlike any other – we are happy to be taking Christmas bookings, and are hopeful that we will be up and running so that we all can have the best Christmas possible and ring in a far more superior New Year for 2021. We will be operating our normal festive season cancellation policy with exceptions for cancellations due to the below:
Obviously, we will be adhering to the Government Guidelines so if you have been told to isolate by Track & Trace, or you have Covid-19, or if Government Guidelines are updated in the upcoming 2nd December date in a way that affects Christmas and New Year Travel, our cancellation fee will be a £20 admin fee.
If Government Guidelines permit us to travel and be with family and a cancellation is made on or after the 14th December for reasons other than the above, then the full amount will be charged as other clients will have been turned away that could have had your cancelled booking.

The guidelines are recommended by our regulatory body and are there to keep both you, the client, Sitting Kitty and our employees safe. Bank Holiday Rates of £20 are charged for the 27th- 31st December. Festive Rates of £25 are charged from 24th -26th December and 1st January. For new customers we require a minimum charge of £75. For this year and the uncertainty it has brought – we would require that you pay in full before you depart as soon as you’re able to confirm your departure.
