Booking Information
Please read the information on this page carefully as it will help make booking with us as easy as possible for you.

We run a 365 days a year service, but you should be aware that our services are extremely sought after at holiday periods, especially Christmas and New Year when we are always fully booked. During this time we give priority to regular customers and only accept firm bookings.

Registration Visit
When you have decided to register your cats with us, please give at least a weeks notice so that we can arrange to visit you and your feline friends. We normally book these visits for weekday evenings, when you’re home from work and relaxing with your cats. There is a £11 charge for this call, but only if you are booking less than 7 calls.

Keys
During our registration visit we will need to collect a spare, previously tested set of your house keys. These MUST be tested before handing to us, as otherwise you may incur the costs of our calling a locksmith when you are away. It would be appreciated if keys are on a substantial key ring - the free rings that are often supplied by estate agents and locksmiths are usually flimsy and there is a risk of keys becoming detached.

Charges
Our standard charge is £11 per call seven days a week. We do however charge £15 per call over the holiday periods, which are only 23 days of the year!

Parking
Parking in the Wandsworth & Lambeth areas is becoming more and more difficult. There has been a large increase in the number of residents only parking zones and the number of "parking attendants" enforcing these and other restrictions. If your home is in a residents parking zone, even if there are a few pay & display spaces, you must provide us with a visitor parking permit for the period of the booking as it can now be almost impossible to park nearby. Unfortunately, if we have repeated problems in parking close to your home (if we are not provided with a permit) we may regretfully have to decline future bookings from you (unless you want to pay for the parking tickets!)

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with less than 2 full working days notice will normally be charged at the rate of one call. Please see "Christmas & New Year" below for cancellation information for the festive period.

Christmas & New Year (24 December to 2 January)
There is a minimum booking period during the Christmas & New Year period of 5 days or £75 (new customers). A 50% deposit will be taken for bookings from new customers for this period at the time of our registration visit.

Cancellation between 14 December to 20 December - 50% cancellation charge of the FULL fee due.

Cancellation from 21 December onwards - 100% cancellation charge of the FULL fee due.

We have recently had to introduce this policy due to the actions of a selfish few who book early to "reserve" space, only to cancel at the last moment when they have found a friend to fill in. This has previously led to us turning away genuine bookings, only to have cancellations as late as Christmas Eve.
